"Exceptional"
The location was perfect-the beach is unbelievable. They provide chairs and beach supplies which is so convenient. The outdoor seating areas were great and the views from upstairs were better than we could have hoped for. Check in was easy and they are great about communicating. We felt very safe here.

We stayed in 117 a queen studio. We had a full kitchen. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The bonus... not a stitch of carpet! The location was perfect, there were never more than a dozen people on the beach where the hotel was, and the beach was wonderful!

There was NOTHING to like! This place had bugs, paper thin walls, and stopped up sink. The fridge did not work properly. After I saw the bugs I had to leave, I couldn't sleep there.

Being right on the beach was amazing! They have a cute little relaxing area as well. The staff was quick to respond to our issue with roaches in the room.

Location was great due to it being right on the beach. Lockbox check in so no interaction with any staff. Host communicated well prior to arrival. Clean room. Overall if budget is a concern it is a fairly nice place.

It’s quaint, off the beaten path, with direct access to the beach. My friend and I loved it, can’t wait to go back. The lady staff member who lived in Melbourne was wonderful!!

It was convenient to the beach.We liked that chairs and umbrellas were available to guests so we didn't have to bring them. The kitchen was well equipped if you were staying for several nights. The beds were very comfortable. Easy check in. Restaurants were within a short driving distance.
